Variable Outcomes is a small family-run Canadian business. Our mission is to create high-quality games that offer unique gameplay variables in order to provide a timeless and re-playable experience. Our company was born out of a desire to fill gaps in the current tabletop game industry, and to foster community-building that can bring people who are avid gamers and tabletop skeptics to the same table. We pride ourselves in committing to the integrity of our game designs, and to the audiences we serve. In our first game publication, we hired local artists of high calibre who were able to put in passion and pride into the work they provided for us, and that foundation of Community remains ingrained in all that we do.

In 2019, we released our first card game, Witchful Thinking. In 2022, we released Outlander: The Series - The Board Game. Expect to see our next project, The Adventures of Tennessee James, launch on Kickstarter soon.
